Well I promised more shots from this wall.

Male Models, Impromptu Location Shoot

Impromptu because Brent (grey tee) and Josh (black coat) turned up with Manon last week, Friends/Entourage/Posse; well they gave her a lift and wanted to hang around for a bit and I guess see what happens on a shoot. Well as a rule we don't let people that aren't working on the shoot hang around but the minute I saw these guys I though wow! I just have to shoot them.


I don't normally use props either but I knew the big horse hip bone was going to be the perfect prop to loosen things up. Brent has a great editorial Look while Josh went straight to Commercial! Lots of fun mucking about (serious fun mind you) while Manon was in H&MU. And I just love this wall in this light, we are going to see a lot more shots taken there.


I hope you like the shots, I think they are vibing a bit of Bruce Webber! Cool, thanks guys.

Modelling Portfolio - Manon

New model portfolio shots for the lovely Manon photographed just a few days ago. We shot in a lovely and simple suburban backyard location for these using natural light. A nice change from the recent studio based shoots. Actually this is the second shoot here this week, so I am out of order with my posts! We went for a soft Spring-Fashion Look, I love Manon's smile!

Chantal Croccolo at Priscillas

I confess I have not been watching Australia's Next Top Model so I really had no idea that Chantal had until very recently been on the show. That makes my third former ANTM and for better or for worse, I did not find out any of them had been on the show until they were on my set! Perhaps the show could move to the ABC, I am sure I would catch it there...

Swimwear & Sydney's Exotic Beauty.

OK these shots are not exactly new but they have never been given a run here on the blog so why not show them now. One of the things I love about these shots is that they also show Sydney's beautiful harbour bushland. Sydney really is an exotic location, we have beaches, parks, headlands & rocky ocean shelves! It's just too beautiful to ignore.

These shots were part of a catalogue shoot for a small swimwear importer and were all shot in one morning. It was quite a work-out for everyone involved. All the shots have been reprocessed since they were first taken in line with my current post processing style. Looking less 'digital' and a bit more film like. I hope you enjoy seeing them.

Model Portfolio Shoot - Kirstin at Priscillas

Kirstin's first ever photo shoot, and one of my first at the 'New' studio in Balmain.
Something of a day of firsts I suppose as it was also the first time I had worked with Hair & Make-Up Artist Dijana Coren. I think you will agree she did a fabulous job. Styling by Frank Sidney, vintage mixed with some no-frills basics.























Hope you all enjoy the shots, I have no doubt we will be seeing a lot more of Kirstin.
